Product Lead & AI-Assisted Application Builder
X-Vendor
- Identified the problem while observing street-food vendors working from paper ledgers with no printer and unreliable power.
- Ran discovery, mapped vendor and staff workflows, and defined the tablet-first product requirements.
- Directed AI-assisted implementation, then tested and iterated the POS, ledger, QR receipt and dashboard flows.
- Extended the product into a multi-tenant, multi-outlet SaaS with subscription tiers.

- Added a blockchain-style SHA-256 audit trail so every simulated handover was verifiable.
- Awarded 87%. All quantitative outcomes are simulated experimental results, not live deployment data.
